How to Schedule an Appointment
To secure your appointment, a deposit of $75 is necessary, and this amount will be credited towards your treatment plan. Kindly note that registration forms and blood work must be submitted before the appointment date. Therefore, it is advisable to schedule appointments in advance to ensure sufficient time for obtaining the results. The essential blood work includes CBC, CMP, and a complete thyroid panel TSH/T4/T4. Previous blood work results from the past 60 days can be utilized; otherwise, a new set will be required. Once the appointment is confirmed, we will provide you with a script, and you can visit a lab of your choice. It is your responsibility to arrange for your own blood work. If we do not receive your blood work by the scheduled appointment, it will regrettably be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
